Tube Expanding Machine

The rapid expansion machine is a special expansion machine for boiler and heat exchanger manufacturing and maintenance. The equipment can reliably expand heat exchanger tubes of various sizes and materials and is particularly suitable for thick tube plates and large diameter tube heat exchangers.

The microprocessor control on the pump automates the expansion cycle. The trip, pause and reverse times of the drives are adjustable. No need to repeat manual stop/start drives during the expansion cycle - fully automatic.
