High Pressure Liquid Pump

Founded in 2013, Suncenter is a globally recognized industry leader in high voltage solutions. Our expert team of engineers and customer service representatives will help you select the best high-pressure air-operated liquid pump for your application.

Suncenter high pressure liquid pumps are a fast and efficient pumping solution capable of delivering a wide range of pressures and flow rates. Our pumps derive their power from a compressed air source and combine positive displacement with the ability to maintain pressure for extended periods of time. A variety of materials and seals are available to pressurize virtually any fluid. Suncenter pumps are durable and rebuildable to withstand all installation locations and most environments.

How it works - easy to handle

getting Started:
Connect the supply line
Compressed air, suction and pressure lines
Set the drive pressure
Slowly turn on the compressed air supply to start the pump
Building pressure:
The pump allows the pressure to build up automatically
Automatically circulate spool valve using air pulse from pilot valve
aspirate
Favorable cycling conditions due to large cross section
Keep up the pressure:
Pump maintains pressure
The pump stops automatically when the pressure is reached
Pressure maintained without heat loss or energy consumption
The pump automatically restarts when the pressure drops

Features of high pressure liquid pump

Exhaust pressure between 60-101,000 psi
Temperature range from -20°F to 140°F
Drive air pressure range from 1-10 bar
Standard and optional seals available
Standard pilot air control for remote operation on many models
External spool valve for quick maintenance on most models
Dry air spool valve option for severe service
Hazardous area safety (no power required)
Robust construction materials including aluminum, stainless steel and cast iron

Advantages of high pressure pneumatic liquid pumps

Pressure controlled by manual pressure regulator or pneumatic valve
Suitable for explosion-proof areas
Suitable for most liquids or liquefied gases
The pump stops automatically when the predetermined pressure is reached
No energy is used during the hold phase
Easy installation and trouble-free operation
Required Connections: Air Supply, Suction and Pressure Lines
Reliable operation

High pressure liquid pump application

Supercritical extraction of cannabis

High Pressure Liquid Pump Design

Our range of liquid pumps are pneumatically driven reciprocating plunger pumps. A pump is a ratio device that utilizes low pressure compressed air to drive a larger diameter piston (area x pressure) linearly connected to a smaller hydraulic piston/plunger. Using this ratio principle, higher hydraulic pressure can be generated. Materials of construction include standard all stainless steel wetted ends and urethane pressure seals. Special construction materials and special seals are also available on request. Liquid pumps are compact, lightweight, require no air lubrication, and are suitable for water, oil and most chemical applications. Each liquid pump is available as a standalone pump unit or as a complete turnkey system.

Choosing the Right High Pressure Liquid Pump

The liquid pump model reflects the pump's nominal pressure ratio, which is how many times the air-driven pressure can produce. You will need to use these ratios along with specific output pressure requirements to select a pump. The table below the page allows you to view and compare key technical data for the entire liquid pump range. In addition, we divide our pumps into different series based on the size and stroke length of the pneumatic drive. Our different series are outlined below.
