The safety valve test bench is a new type of pressure test device developed by our company for reference to GB/T 12242-2005 (pressure release device and performance test specification), which is used to adjust and test the setting pressure of the safety valve.

Pressure test benches: These are used to apply pressure to a pressure relief valve and measure its response. Flow meters: These devices are used to measure the flow rate of the fluid released by the pressure relief valve when it opens. This can help to determine whether the valve is operating within its design specifications.
Leak testers: These are used to check for leaks in the pressure relief valve or the system it is protecting. Leak testers can be used to apply pressure to the system and detect any leakage through the valve or other components.
Calibrators: These devices are used to ensure that the pressure relief valve is calibrated correctly, meaning it is set to open at the correct pressure. Calibrators can be used to adjust the valve's opening pressure as needed.
Data acquisition systems: These are used to record and analyze data from the pressure relief valve test. Data acquisition systems can be used to track the pressure, flow rate, and other parameters during the test, and to generate reports and graphs of the test results.

Safety valve test bench is used for various safety valve setting pressure adjustment, the whole set pressure detection, discharge pressure detection, back seat pressure testing, assessment of its pressure safety performance etc.. ,

Air driven gas booster pump- DGT60 model
Driven air pressure: 3-8bar; output gas/air pressure 0-480bar;
Air driven liquid pump-DGG64 model
Driven air pressure: 3-8bar; output liquid pressure 0-512bar;
For the liquid pressure test,the suggest max pressure is 400 bar, considering the lifetime of liquid accumulator inside machine
2). Clamping system:
0-32MPa output pressure clamping system power provided by Air driven liquid booster pump DGGD40 model, fully meet the clamping force of the pressure relief valve safety valve with specification requirements; the corresponding connection fixture is connected with the high-pressure pump gas pipeline; ensure that the measured cylinder packing seal between the member and the pipeline, 2 separate operation.
3) Data acquisition test system:
The pressure acquisition system is composed of real-time pressure - time change, and the pressure - time curve is automatically drawn.
Pressure sensor: setting four stage sensor according to pressure section
Pressure range: 0-2.5MPa; 0-16MPa, 0-40MPa, 0-100MPa
The performance index is up to + 0.5%FS precision, and the range is compared with 100:1.

4). electrical control and output system:
Software: the use of LabView programming, independent development of software programs. The data of pressure and time are transferred to the computer uniformly through the acquisition card. The computer displays, amplifies, records and forms curves for all data, and all data can be printed by printers. High precision is guaranteed under high sampling rate.

The first step: start the computer and double click the boot program, as shown in Figure 1.
The second step:
1) after the program, enter the main interface of the program.
2) In the main interface, select the appropriate sensor, and pay attention to the selection of the sensor not to exceed the 2/3. of the measuring process ,as shown in Figure3
